December, 2016- As you make your lists and check them twice, and try to balance work/life/family, I want to remind you that there is someone out there who is even busier than you. Of course it helps to have magic and an army of tiny elves to do your bidding... but Santa Claus has a crazy schedule this year. Here is a list of places to find Santa nearby, check back every week, because we will be adding more as we hear of them. This guy never sleeps! And kids, I know what you are thinking. We don’t have all the secrets here at #MacKid, but we are **pretty sure** Santa uses his time magic to appear in more than one place at the same time. That must also be how he manages to deliver all those great toys to kids everywhere!
December 2nd 4:00-8:00pm- Winter Wonderland Festival, Shelter Cove Community Park. Fun for the whole family! Enjoy games, a childrens parade, plus a golden candy cane hunt! Santa Claus will make an appearance as a highlight of the festivities. Free admission, concessions sold separately. Some activities are available for a fee such as the rock climbing wall and bungee jump.
December 2nd, 5:00-6:30pm- Town of Bluffton Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, Town Hall. Christmas Tree Lighting will be at the Bluffton Town Hall (20 Bridge St., Bluffton) from 5pm-6:30. With a visit from Santa.
December 4th, 6:00-9:00pm- A Night On The Town, Bay St. and Freedom Park in Beaufort. Celebrate the start of the Holiday Season with the 29th Annual "Night on The Town" on Bay Street Beaufort and Freedom Park. Enjoy special treats from local merchants as you discover fantastic gift ideas. The event promotes local small businesses and the "Buy Local" movement. There will also be a Tree Lighting Ceremony in Freedom Park with entertainment form local choirs, plus a visit from Santa Claus!
December 2nd & 3rd, 3:00 – 7:00pm- Salty Dog Christmas Village- The South Beach Inn. Drop in for a visit with Santa, plus a FREE photo!
December 3rd & 4th, Noon- 4:00pm- Tanger 2- Salty Dog T-Shirt Factory. Santa we be available to meet & greet with friends at the store each weekend.
December 3rd, 10:00 am- Town of Bluffton Christmas Parade. Of course the Christmas Parade isn’t complete without Santa! Road closures begin at 9am. See townofbluffton.sc.gov for parade routes and details.
December 4th, 2:00pm- 4:00pm, Cookies with Santa at Moonlit Lullaby in Bluffton.
December 4th, 3:00 pm- Beaufort Christmas Parade. The Beaufort Christmas Parade will follow their traditional parade route on Bay and Carteret Streets.
December 6th, 6:00pm-8:00pm, Santa Meet & Greet at the Shelter Cove Towne Center with a public Tree Lighting Ceremony. Don’t miss the Dove Street Festival of Lights!

December 10th, 2:00pm- 4:00pm, Come play with Santa at Kidz Drop In Adventure on Hilton Head. $10 per child, parent chaperones are free. There is a $5 charge for a photo with Santa.
